About me!

My name is Anne Gage (she/her/hers), and I graduated with academic honors from Columbia College Chicago with Bachelor of Arts in Animation. I earned my Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Des Moines Area Community College. As a child, I loved animation. I've always been intrigued with the behind-the-scenes and how things work. My goal is to make people laugh with my art! I have a huge love for Star Wars as well!

As an artist, my main focus is 2D animation work. I love working on backgrounds and layouts, and setting the stage for the action. I am skilled at doing clean-up animation, and I love painting animation. I can composite animation in a few programs, and seeing the final result is so cool. I've started dabbling in 3D modeling and learning Blender.

When it comes to my career, I am very focused on my work, and it's always my goal to produce quality, memorable work. I am open-minded and tend to find creative solutions when conflicts arise. I'm currently a Chicago/Iowa-based artist.
